About the Project:
Consultancy conducted research to provide insight into emerging UX and Lifestyle trends in the US 2016-18.The goal was to identify business and strategic UX design opportunities for new products and services across a Fortune 500 consumer electronics company. Research insights centered on key topics/ opportunity areas identified by the client: Contextual System UX, Displayable Identity UX, New Embodied Device UX, Exclusive UX, and Playful UX. Interviews with subject matter experts provided insight into potential opportunities for the development of seed UX product and service concepts across all categories.
My Role:
As this was a very large project, I was assigned to a few specific topics to research including Embodied Devices and Playful UX. As a strategic researcher, I helped conduct interviews with subject matter experts and synthesize the findings. Then towards the end of the process, I participated in an ideation session then helped storyboard and sketch out those concepts to present to our client.
