User Acceptance Testing + User Research
about this Project:
As part of a corporate initiative, this project is designed to help clients mitigate their cyber security risks. The goal of this software platform is to protect and evaluate a client’s exposures in the event of a cyber attack.
My Role:
Drove end-to-end UX process through user research, synthesized findings, creating recommendations to influence usability and visual design for the cyber risk assessment tool.
My Participation
• Conducted user research through interviews with clients and employees from 6 countries (24 from US & Canada; 14 from Europe & Asia) and presented findings in the form of a usability report
• Collaborated with cross-functional team made up of a Product Owner, Marketing, IS, and Subject Matter Experts to create and identify an intuitive and functional design experience
• Organized and led 14 participants during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Created test scenarios while collaborating with project team members, prepared testing packets for all participants, presented UAT introduction demo, collected and synthesized feedback which resulted in prioritized changes
• Partnered with Marketing and external design agencies to influence the design of landing page and a Client-Facing Report which received very positive feedback from senior stakeholders
