About the Project:

This is a culmination of freelance projects for various ultimate frisbee teams I have played on during my college and post-college career. I have been playing ultimate since 2007 and still continue to play. Every summer or new year the team reassembles and players are always looking for new jerseys.

My Role:

As an ultimate frisbee player and designer, I typically am the first person to get recruited to redesign last years jersey. I usually am happy to help and even start sketching on a napkin at our team kickoff dinner.

Alumni Team Designs

Below are two jerseys I made for my Syracuse Alumni Team called RTH. First concept was for a very casual beach tournament in New Jersey and the second was for a tournament up in Montreal Canada we all try to go to every year as our college reunion.

Typically the team captains will vote on the final designs and surprise the team at the tournament which is always fun.

Boston Summer League Designs

These designs are mock ups for the Boston Club team I joined after college. Our team is called 'FlowChart' and our mascot is a plastic lawn duck named Steve. Clearly Steve needs to make an appearance in just about every jersey design as he is a part of our team. This year the captains decided there was going to be a theme for this season. Our team captains are very much into Shark Week on the Discovery Channel, so hence the connection to Steve and the shark.
